About Luka Jovic:
Luka Jovic is a Serbian footballer. He showed his excellent skill in pitch which is compared to Ramadin Falcao. He has come from a poor family however it made him stronger. His father’s strong affection for football and unconditional support from his mother inspired him to build a career in football. Starting at an early age, Luka was able to take create a space for him in the football industry and eventually able to join into Real Madrid.
Luca Jovic was born on 23rd December 1997 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was in a small village Batar, close to Bijeljina. However, he holds the nationality of Serbia. His parents are Milan Jovic and Svetlana Jovic. Before his birth, Jovic’s family faced challenges due to political instability in the country. So Milan Jovic forced to give up his dream of football. Milan Jovic played as a left winger in Partizan, a Serbian Football Club. Milan gave his boot up in 2003.
Meanwhile leaving football, also led Jovic family into poverty. Slowly, Luka gained his position and became a top star to left challenging times behind. Currently, despite son’s massive earning, Milan Jovic and his other family members are leading a middle-class life in Serbia. On another note, Luka Jovic is leading quite lavishing life, following the trend of other footballers.

Jovic started football career at a very early age. He started to play in Loznica at the age of 5. However, soon he was picked by Mini Taxi. They offered Milan Jovic for his son by 50 Euro for each match and 2000 dinar for traveling cost. Meanwhile, Jovic picked by Red Star Belgrade and Partizan. Toma Milićević was the scout from Red Star who found Luka. Partizan offered Luka Jovic to pay 200 Euro for per month, however, Luka moved into Red Star Belgrade instead in 2005.
Life in Red Star:
Since he joined into Red Star Belgrade, he was in the youth team for a long time. Finally in 2014, at the age of 16 Luka debuted in professional football against FK Vojvodina in Novi Sad. He scored in that match to become the youngest player for the club to score at the top level. His goal helped Red Star to win the Serbian SuperLiga title.
In a following season as the youngest player, Luka Jovic also played in Eternal Derby. However, he missed a couple of matches in the season including some international duty due to injury but again showed his capability in the second half of the season. Following that Luka received a three years contract from Red Star. During the 2015-16 season, Luka became a regular member of the first team. He scored goals to keep his team in the winning streak.
Moved into Benefica
In 2016, Luka Jovic transferred into Benfica, a Portugues football club. There he initially played for Benfica reserves team but found few chances to appear in first-team matches. He debuted in Benfica reserve team against Sporting da Covilhã in the Segunda Liga. Following that, in 30th January 2017, he debuted for Benfica as a substitute in Vitória de Setúbal. He helped Benfica to win Primeira Liga.
After a year in Benfica, Luka Jovic was loaned to German football club Eintracht Frankfurt. It was two years long deal with a clause added to secure this player permanently. In his debuted season (2017-18) for Eintracht Frankfurt, Luka helped his club to win DFB-Pokal. In the following season, 2018-19, Luka became the youngest players in Bundesliga to score five goals in a match. It was a home match against Fortuna Düsseldorf. The score of the match was 7-1. He scored in an important match against Inter Milan in Europa. During that season, Eintracht Frankfurt made German club record to win 8 matches in a row.
Real Madrid: Joined in top fight
On 17th April 2019, Eintracht Frankfurt used the clause in the deal with Benfica to sign Luka for a four years contract. Following that Luka Jovic transferred to Real Madrid in 4th June 2019. The deal made for 60 million Euro with a Six years deal.
International Career of Luka Jovic:
Luca has played for the national team from Under 16 team. In July 2014 he was called for Serbian Under 19 team by the coach Veliko Paunovic. Jovic called for Serbian primary team for Russia World Cup in 2018. Following that he debuted for Serbia against Chile as a substitute on June 4, 2018. Furthermore, he was also the in 23 players squad for Serbian’s world cup mission. He also made his world cup debut against Brazil as a substitute. Subsequently, he scored his first international goal against Germany in March 2019.
